Your purchases will come directly out of your Bay State Savings Bank checking account and will appear in detail on your monthly statement.
ATM and Debit Card transactions are FREE* at any Bay State Savings Bank ATM, and worldwide at the thousands of ATMs displaying the SUMSM logo. Our ATM and EMV Debit MasterCards® may be used at any ATM displaying the VISA®, NYCE®, MoneyPass® or Cirrus®logos.

Lost or Stolen Card?
If your EMV Debit MasterCard® has been lost or stolen, please call (833) 337-6075. By calling this number, you will be able to cancel the missing card and order a replacement.
You can get instant account information, listen to deposit and loan rates, and get a complete listing of all our branch locations and hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week simply by calling Telephone Banking at (800) 244-8161.
With a touch-tone phone and your personal identification number (PIN), you can:
- Transfer funds between accounts**
- Check balances
- Make loan payments
