Bay State Savings Bank Promotes Two Employees and Welcomes One New Employee

WORCESTER, MA – Bay State Savings Bank is pleased to announce its recent hire of Zachary C. Silverman, as well as its promotion of Ariana N. Dello Stritto and Kathleen A. Sivret.

Mr. Silverman joins Bay State Savings Bank as Vice President, Branch Manager at the Holden Branch location. He has over 15 years of branch banking experience and currently resides in Westminster, MA with his wife, Jessica, and their three children.

Ms. Dello Stritto was recently promoted to Marketing Officer. In her new role, she will manage the Bank’s marketing operations, media distribution, and public relations activities. Ms. Dello Stritto joined the Bank in 2018 and was named a Rising Star from the New England Financial Marketing Association in 2020. Ms. Dello Stritto received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Assumption College in Business Management. She currently resides in Auburn, MA.

Ms. Sivret was recently promoted to Branch Manager of the Auburn Branch, where she previously held the position of Assistant Branch Manager. She has over 25 years of banking experience and currently resides in Auburn, MA with her husband, Bob.
