Rules and Conditions

SPONSOR
This promotion is being hosted and sponsored by Bay State Bank having a principal office at 28 Franklin Street, Worcester, MA 01608.

ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to Massachusetts residents age 18+ only. No purchase, account relationship, or other consideration is necessary to participate. Employees of Bay State Bank and their immediate family members are ineligible for participation. Only one entry per eligible participant will be considered.

EVENT LOCATION
This promotion will take place throughout Downtown Worcester, MA.

EVENT TIME
This promotion will run from Monday, May 12, 2025, through Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

EVENT DRAWING DATE
The drawing for this promotion will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025.

HOW TO ENTER
• To participate, individuals must:
Find the hidden “golden” QR code located on one of the twenty-six (26) Downtown Worcester Wayfinding Stickers to uncover the secret message.
• Visit each of the following four (4) designated Downtown Worcester locations and take a photo of themselves at each site:
o Union Station: A photo in front of or inside the station
o “You Belong Here” art installation on the Salem Street side of the Worcester Public Library – a photo with this art behind you
o Bay State Bank (28 Franklin Street): A photo featuring the BSB signage or building
o Downtown Rooftop (e.g., Mercantile, Federal Plaza, Major Taylor Blvd Parking Garage): A photo with the city skyline
Participants must upload all four (4) photos featuring themselves and submit the completed form on the designated landing page to officially be entered into the prize drawing.

PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) winner will be selected to receive:
• Two (2) plane tickets, valued at up to $500 each ($1,000 total maximum value)
• One (1) hotel gift card valued at $300
The total prize package value is up to $1,300.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Bay State Bank will randomly select one (1) winner from the eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email. The selected participant must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• Bay State Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, entrants agree to allow Bay State Bank to use their name, submitted photos, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
