Bay State Savings Bank Awards Marketing Coordinator and Financial Literacy Assistant Ariana N. Dello Stritto
Bay State Savings Bank presented the MaryAnn Ford 2020 Employee of the Year Award on January 28 to Marketing Coordinator and Financial Literacy Assistant Ariana N. Dello Stritto. The MaryAnn Ford Award was named in honor of an exemplary Bay State Savings Bank employee who served the Bank for 15 years and passed in January 2020.
Ms. Dello Stritto, 28, joined Bay State Savings Bank in December 2018 as Marketing and Human Resources Assistant and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator and Financial Literacy Assistant in December 2020. In this role, she produces print, radio, and video content, manages the Bank’s social media accounts, and coordinates fundraising initiatives to benefit local community organizations.
Ms. Dello Stritto was presented the MaryAnn Ford award for her 2020 performance in leading the Bank’s Millennial customer focus group MCAP (Millennial Customer Acquisition Program) to create financial literacy presentations, teaching financial literacy as a Dollar Scholar mentor for the Women’s Initiative at the United Way of Central Massachusetts, managing the Bank’s online apparel store, and coordinating Bank beagle mascot Benjie’s “Birthday Fundraiser,” which raised over $6,000 in support of service dogs organization NEADS in Princeton, MA.
Currently, Ms. Dello Stritto leads the Bank’s Employee Appreciation Committee and participates on the Bank’s CRA Contributions Committee and Millennial focus group MCAP. She also serves on the Marketing and Sales Committee for Mechanics Hall in Worcester, MA. She was acknowledged by Bay State Savings Bank as Employee of the Quarter in 2019 and 2020.
Ms. Dello Stritto lives in Auburn, MA with her dog Brody.
