If your VISA debit card has been lost or stolen, and you are unable to reach a Bay State Savings Bank representative, please call (800) 528-2273. By calling this number, you will be able to cancel the missing card and order a replacement.

Bay State Savings Bank is insured by both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). The FDIC insures all deposits up to $250,000 per depositor. All deposits above the FDIC limits are fully-insured by the DIF. Deposit insurance requires no applications or special forms.
