Customer Service Representative

Full-time, experienced Customer Service Representative needed to perform a wide variety of banking services such as opening new checking, savings, certificate and retirement plan accounts; completing loan applications; and answering questions concerning services provided by the Bank from customers and bank staff.  Responsible for cross‑selling additional bank services.  Position requires a high degree of organizational and interpersonal skills.  Successful candidate will have three to five years’ experience in a retail bank management role, with superior sales skills.
